20+ years ERP experience
Early this century we started implementing financial software from Exact and AccountView - including logistics, e-commerce, projects and timesheets. In 2022 we made the full switch to Odoo ERP, which coincided with the Odoo Accounting module becoming production-ready for the Netherlands. Tim Kieft: "Odoo is the application I was always looking for in my previous companies. One all-in-one solution from e-commerce through inventory and manufacturing to accounting, and from project management and service through to HR."
- Over 95% of our clients stay for the long run, not just year one.
95% client retention
Odoo tracks for every partner what percentage of initially onboarded customers actually stay - not just after the first year, but lifetime. We are proud of our score above 95%.

One system.
All processes.
With Odoo, your team focuses on what actually matters: customers, work, service, not patching together separate tools. CRM, sales, finance, inventory, projects and HR in one whole.
- One source of truth No more separate spreadsheets. Sales sees what finance sees, projects see what HR sees.
- Scales with you Start with 3 modules, add 3 more tomorrow. No migrations, no vendor lock-in.
- Open-source & customizable Doesn't Odoo fit 100% of your process? We build the customization; you keep ownership of the code.
Still losing time to
your current software?

Communication throughout the implementation was prompt and clear. Thanks to this all-in-one solution we now have various features within one interface - saving time and improving collaboration.
We had our opening day and it went great! The till, clock-in and clock-out, online ordering with pay-at-the-counter - it all worked. Thrilled with this result.

How many apps and modules does Odoo have? (2026)
Odoo itself ships around 80 official apps. The Odoo App Store adds far more: 80,000+ apps and modules from Odoo, partners and the community combined. Here is the accurate, current breakdown, the difference between an app and a module, what is free versus paid, and the number that actually matters: how many you really need.
July 2026Manufacturing software: the categories explained, and which ones you actually need
ERP, MRP, MES, APS, WMS, PLM, QMS, CAM: eight categories of manufacturing software that overlap, compete and get sold as each other. This page maps what each one does, what it does not do, where they overlap, and which a mid-sized manufacturer genuinely needs - with an honest verdict on one integrated system versus best-of-breed.
July 2026Production planning and scheduling software: capacity, sequence, and the hours you do not have
Planning decides what to make and order; scheduling decides when it runs, on which machine, in what order. This page separates the two, explains finite versus infinite capacity, shows with an interactive capacity check why planning at full utilisation guarantees late deliveries, and gives an honest view on choosing production scheduling software - including when your ERP already covers it.
