Every Odoo project is different, different scope, different complexity, different team. We don't publish fixed tiers because we'd lie. We do publish an estimator, so you walk in with a number, not a question mark.

Five things that drive cost

Where the money goes.

  1. 01

    Number of users

Odoo licensing is per user, per month. More users = more license cost.

  2. 02

    Customization depth

Standard features cost less than custom modules. We start with standard, build custom only where it earns its keep.

  3. 03

    Integrations

Connecting to your existing tools (CRM, payment, e-commerce, accounting) is per integration.

  4. 04

    Data migration

Bringing across customers, products, transaction history, the volume and quality decide the effort.

  5. 05

    Training & support

On-site training is more involved than self-paced. We tune this to your team.

FAQ

What an Odoo implementation costs, answered straight.

What does an Odoo implementation cost?

For SMB the typical implementation runs between €15,000 and €80,000 plus Odoo Enterprise licences (€45 per user per month). The five-figure range is driven by scope (modules), custom dev (standard vs heavy), integrations (per connector), data migration (volume and quality) and training. We do not publish fixed rates because no two businesses are the same; the calculator above gives a fair range based on 80+ projects.

How much does Odoo cost per user per month?

Odoo Enterprise is €45 per user per month (list price Odoo S.A., 2026). That is a fixed licence cost, separate from implementation. For 10 users you pay €450/month in licences. Odoo Online and Odoo.sh hosting is included; self-host saves the hosting cost but you handle server admin yourself.

What cost categories sit inside an Odoo project?

Five main categories: (1) Odoo Enterprise licences (per user per month, recurring), (2) implementation (one-off, project), (3) custom development (per hour or fixed per module), (4) integrations (per connector), (5) training and support (one-off + optional recurring SLA). The calculator covers #2-5 as a project range; #1 is the separate licence cost.

Do I get a quote upfront?

Yes. The calculator gives a starting point; a real quote follows a 30-minute Quickscan where we walk through your processes, scope and wishes. After that you get a fixed price per phase, not an open-ended hourly rate. No surprises.

How long does an Odoo implementation take?

A light project (1-2 modules) runs 4-8 weeks; a full implementation (6+ modules, integrations, data migration, training) lands between 3 and 6 months. We work in short TARGET-method sprints so you see something working every 2 weeks and can steer mid-flight, not only at the end.

What is the difference between Odoo Enterprise and Odoo Community?

Community is free and open source. Enterprise (€45/user/month) adds mobile apps, advanced reporting, Studio-builder, Odoo Online hosting and official support. For most businesses we work with, Enterprise is the right pick - the added value pays back fast. Community can be a sensible start if budget is critical.

Can I scale up later?

Yes. Odoo is modular: start with sales, inventory and accounting, then add e-commerce, manufacturing, HR or helpdesk later. Licence cost scales per active user. We design from day one with growth in mind so no rebuilds are needed.

What if you become too expensive mid-flight?

Fixed prices per phase prevent that. At the end of every sprint (two weeks) you see where the budget went and what landed. The Python codebase stays open: switching to another partner remains on the table without vendor lock-in. That keeps us honest on calibration.
