Odoo ERP

One platform.
Every process.

Odoo replaces roughly 14 separate tools at roughly 20% of the combined cost. CRM, sales, inventory, finance, projects, HR, all in one whole, all talking to each other.

  • 18M+ daily users worldwide
  • 250K+ companies on Odoo
  • 80+ built-in apps
Modules

Start with what you need.

Modular by design, pick the apps that solve your most painful problems first. Add the rest later, on your timeline. No big-bang.

CRM

Pipeline, contacts, automated follow-up.

Sales & eCommerce

Quotes, orders, online storefront.

Inventory

Warehouses, barcodes, automated replenishment.

Manufacturing

Routings, BOMs, work orders, MRP.

HR & Payroll

Employees, leave, contracts, payroll.

Timesheets

Per project, per task, billable vs not.

Projects

Tasks, Gantt, time tracking, profitability.

Field Service

Schedules, on-site time, signature capture.

One database

Not a bundle of apps. One integrated platform.

The defining feature of Odoo is not the number of apps, it is that they all share one database. When a sales order is confirmed, inventory updates in real time. When a work order closes, timesheets are logged and invoicing can start immediately. This is a fundamentally different architecture from connecting separate SaaS tools with API bridges. The integration is not an afterthought, it is the product.

Why Odoo

Three reasons companies pick it.

One source of truth

Sales sees inventory. Finance sees projects. HR sees the people. No more reconciliation between separate tools.

Open-source under the hood

It's actually customizable. Need a specific report, a specific workflow, a specific integration? We build it, you keep the code.

Costs scale with you

Pay per user, per module. Start with 3 modules and 5 users; grow at your own pace without a migration project.

Cloud vs Enterprise

How do you want to run Odoo?

Odoo Cloud (Odoo Online)

  • Hosted and updated by Odoo (SaaS)
  • All 80+ Enterprise apps included
  • Fastest start, lowest maintenance
  • Standard configuration, no custom code
  • Right for: teams that fit the standard apps

Odoo Enterprise (Odoo.sh / on-premise)

  • Per-user, per-month Enterprise subscription
  • All 80+ apps, plus custom modules and integrations
  • Odoo.sh cloud with staging, or your own servers
  • Odoo SA support + Gold Partner implementation
  • Right for: SMBs implementing with a partner - our go-to

We always implement on Odoo Enterprise: both options above are paid Enterprise licences, in the cloud or on-premise. We do not deliver the free Community edition - the licence is a small fraction of the project cost, and the difference in functionality (e-commerce, field service, manufacturing) is substantial.

Frequently asked

Common questions.

How long does an Odoo implementation take?
For a typical SMB (20–100 users, 3–5 modules), expect 3–6 months from kick-off to go-live. Complexity increases with custom development, large data migrations, and integrations with existing systems. Our TARGET-method is designed to keep this predictable.
Does Odoo integrate with Exact, AFAS, or Twinfield?
Yes. We have built and maintained integrations with Exact Online, Twinfield, and vPlan. These are not standard Odoo integrations, they are custom-built modules. We can show you examples on request.
What does Odoo cost per user?
Odoo Enterprise starts at ~€20/user/month on the Standard plan (Odoo SaaS, all modules included). Most Radical Fanatics clients run the Custom plan at ~€35/user/month, this covers Odoo.sh or self-hosted hosting and allows running custom code. Add enrichment and OCR credits on top at low usage rates. Licensing is on top of implementation costs. Use our pricing calculator for an indicative total.
Can we start with one module and add more later?
Yes, this is one of the main architectural benefits of Odoo. Start with CRM or inventory; add manufacturing, HR, and e-commerce later. The shared database means no migration between modules.
