Compare

Odoo vs the rest.
Honest side-by-side.

Each comparison is structured the same way: five evaluation pillars, a verdict at the top, an honest 'pick X if...' frame. We won't tell you Odoo is always best. We'll tell you when it isn't.

Why these comparisons exist.

ERP selection is a multi-year commitment. Most buyers hit the same wall: vendor brochures that paint everyone as the obvious winner, and "best ERP" listicles that never reach a verdict. These pages are structured differently: same five evaluation pillars for every comparison, a verdict at the top, and a clear pick-X-if frame at the bottom.

We are an Odoo Gold Partner, so we are not neutral. But we lose trust faster by overpromising than by being honest. If AFAS is the right answer for Dutch payroll, we say so. If Salesforce is the right CRM for your situation, we say that too.

From our own experience

Looking back at how many alternative software packages we have run into along the way, it has become quite a list. Sometimes as a competitor in a sales process, sometimes as the system we migrated customers off - and a few we have used ourselves. Those experiences are what the comparisons below are built on.

Compare Odoo with the Dutch accounting and administration packages - Exact, SnelStart, King, AccountView, Unit4 - when bookkeeping is the starting point.

Broad ERP systems

Manufacturing ERP

Compare Odoo with the industry-specific manufacturing ERPs - MKG, Bemet, Ridder iQ, Isah, Infor LN, MRPeasy - on the shop floor.

Trade & e-commerce

Compare Odoo with the trade, retail and e-commerce systems - Brincr, Lightspeed, Shopify - where orders and stock meet the webshop.

CRM & marketing

How to read these comparisons.

Each page opens with a verdict: the short answer, not a hedge. Below that: a comparison matrix, five deep-dive pillars, and a final pick frame. Use the matrix for a quick scan; use the pillars when you are actually making the decision. If you want to work through your specific situation in 30 minutes, the free Quickscan is the next step.
