Step 1 · Launch
You fill in the request or use our implementation calculator. Within minutes you have a first indication: a bandwidth in hours, investment and a rough timeline.
Step 2 · Scan orbit
We look at the software you have today and the software you want, and scan your processes against standard Odoo. Three colors return: green fits the standard, blue needs a third-party module or integration, orange we solve with Updoo custom work.
Step 3 · Course proposal
The assessment becomes a quote: which modules, which integrations, which custom work, how many hours and which timeline. Fixed starting points, no fine print.
Step 4 · Asteroid belt
After approval we dive deeper into your processes: a fit-gap analysis per process, deciding how to support each one best. Every rock is a detail that must surface. If reality deviates, we adjust project and quote. Now, not afterwards.
Step 5 · Decision point
An explicit decision moment before the implementation starts. Do scope, budget and timeline still hold? Then go. If not, we say so honestly. A no-go is not a failure, it is a rescued project.
Step 6 · Arrival
Docking complete. The implementation starts following our TARGET method: on time, in scope, without surprises. Welcome aboard.
