Business Consultant ERP (Odoo)
Amsterdam · Full-time · €3,300–€5,500 + bonus + STAK
Ready to shake up the market with software that makes customers genuinely happy? You will run multiple Odoo projects in parallel across eCommerce, inventory, production, CRM, sales, HR, projects, field service, accounting, marketing, POS and planning.
What you will do
Eighty percent client work, twenty percent internal. You own the project — from first discovery through training and go-live.
- Understand the customer’s challenge and translate it into a clear implementation plan
- Be the single point of contact before, during and after the Odoo implementation
- Train users using a train-the-trainer approach
- Configure and implement Odoo ERP end-to-end
What we expect
Senior level. You are comfortable owning ambiguous problems, you ask sharp questions, and you keep moving.
- Eagerness to (learn to) implement Odoo ERP
- Broad interests and strong communication
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience using CRM/ERP/Finance/HR software
- Self-starter, fast learner
Nice to have
- Hands-on Odoo, SAP, Dynamics Business Central, Exact or AFAS implementation experience
- Technical knowledge of XML, Python or JavaScript
- HBO-level business education
- MS Teams, Google Workspace, eCommerce or website implementation experience
