Amsterdam · full-time · €3,300–€5,500 gross/month + bonus + Free Radical Programme. You build apps on Updoo and help invent new products, with a senior team around you.

What you will do
You translate customer questions into smart Updoo apps: you find out what the customer really needs, work out how to do it practically, then build, test and improve the application. You work on our own products (RogerDone, ToGrant, ElizaKnows, CPQbuilder and soon SmartApproval) and on customer projects.
- Grow Updoo: take existing apps further and put new ones live
- Understand customer problems and processes and translate them into screens, workflows and prototypes
- Decide whether something belongs in Odoo, in Updoo or in a combination
- Build with modern AI, low-code and development tools: 100% vibecoding, 80% AI-enabled
- Invent new apps together and test them with real users
What we ask of you
Above all the right mindset. You think like a consultant, build like a maker and look like a user: you sense precisely what makes an app truly special for its user.
- Mad about software, apps and AI tools
- You can put yourself in the user's shoes and love simplicity
- Practical: you would rather make things work than perfect them on paper
- Experience with AI tools, low-code, prototyping or ERP/CRM is a plus
- Strong communicator, fluent Dutch and English
