Can I bring my articles and stock across from Logic4?

Yes. Logic4 has an API that lets us pull the article master, variants, stock positions and supplier prices and import them into Odoo in a structured way. Images and internal references come along too.

Does Odoo keep the webshop and inventory in real-time sync?

Yes. In Odoo the webshop, inventory and invoicing are one system: an order flows straight through to picking and invoice, and stock is visible in the webshop in real time. No connector between separate packages that can drift out of sync.

Do two price lists - business and consumer - work in Odoo?

Yes. Odoo supports multiple price lists side by side, with a loyalty programme on top. Business customers and consumers automatically see their own prices, both in the back end and in the webshop.
