A few weeks earlier we received the news that we had been nominated for the Odoo Best Starter Award 2023. That alone was an honour. But during the award ceremony at Odoo Experience it actually happened: Fanatics was named best starting partner of Europe.
The big moment at Odoo Experience 2023
The ceremony was quite an experience, full of top names from the industry. When our name was announced as the winner and we received the prize from Bastien Foerster and Amy Caroline, it was a moment we will never forget. Among other things, Odoo judges how many new Odoo users a partner welcomed over the past year - and whether those customers stay.

What this prize means
Recognition of the quality and dedication we deliver every day, and a confirmation of our approach: standard Odoo where possible, smart extensions where needed, and people who stay until it works. For a team that only switched fully to Odoo in 2022, this feels like a reward for a deliberate choice.
Customer satisfaction first
However proud we are, the focus stays where it belongs: giving our customers the best possible implementation, with openness and transparency as the foundation. This award is a beautiful moment in the journey, not a destination.
