Implementing Odoo · The Radical Fanatics way

Odoo Partner Netherlands.
Forward, without months of meetings.

Many companies waste time and money on endless analyses and thick reports. We don't. We implement Odoo with the Minimum Viable Implementation strategy: working software in weeks, not months.

The Minimum Viable Implementation strategy

No months wasted on inventories and PowerPoints. We deliver the first working version of your Odoo as quickly as possible, and improve it based on real feedback, not speculation.

No Nonsense Odoo implementation

Learn from real feedback

We improve based on what actually happens in your business, not speculation in workshops.

Live in weeks

Short timeframes so you see results immediately, not after a 9-month rollout.

Simple and significant

We keep every project simple, but every release significant. Access to our Gantt-project template included.

Maximum value per budget

While others are still doing workshops, you're already working with your system.

Why a compact Gold Partner is an advantage

The Dutch Odoo market has a handful of large players and a handful of smaller ones holding Gold status. We are the smallest of the Golds. That is on purpose.

Tim at the table, not just in the kick-off slide

At the larger partners, a senior runs the sales pitch and a junior delivers the work. With us, Tim Kieft - founder, 25 years in Odoo and business software - sits in the Quickscan, the architecture choices, and the steering moments. No presales theatre, no senior name on the offer and an unknown delivery team.

Fast decisions, few management layers

A scope change, a product decision, an urgent fix: one Slack message. No account manager who has to check with delivery who has to check with a lead before coming back. That saves days per decision and weeks per project.

Senior-only delivery, no junior on the hard questions

Everyone here is senior. Not one junior on your question, not "let me transfer you". The consultant you speak to is the one who builds and ships the solution. You see it back in implementation time, in quality, and in who picks up the phone when something is off.

Vendor-agnostic: the code is yours, switching stays on the table

Odoo is open-source Python. Your custom code, your data, your configuration stay yours. The Dutch Odoo partner ecosystem has 30+ partners. Switching from us works without a rebuild. That keeps us honest on the quote and on the work - we earn our seat because we have to, not because you are stuck.

The TARGET method: how we implement Odoo

TARGET is our method for Odoo implementations that works for Dutch SMB. No 6 months of meetings and then a big-bang go-live. Instead: short sprints, early Odoo in production, and steering on what you actually see working.

  1. Timely scope choice

Which processes run on Odoo, and which not yet? An honest cut - rather 3 modules done well than 8 modules half-done. Captured on a process canvas we draw together, not an 80-page report.

  2. Architecture: standard where it can, custom where it must

Odoo covers 80% of your processes out of the box. The other 20% is either configuration (free) or custom dev (targeted). We tell you the difference, even when it means a desired extra is not worth it.

  3. Realise in 2-week sprints

A working partial delivery every 2 weeks. You test, you steer, we correct. No 6-month black box. No surprises at go-live. The Gantt template is included so you can monitor the project yourself.

  4. Go live in phases: per process, not the whole factory

We go live per process, not all at once. Sales first, then inventory, then production. One process at a time to learn and stabilise - that cuts big-bang risk by 80% and shrinks the learning curve to days, not quarters.

  5. End users trained on their own work

Training is on their own screen and their own work, not in a room full of people watching the same slide deck. Eight weeks after go-live your team is more productive than before the migration - that is the goal.

  6. Tracking: data, dashboards, ongoing improvement

After go-live we keep watch: management dashboards your team builds, a support contract if you want one, and ongoing improvement based on what the factory actually shows. 94% of our customers stay - that is the real success metric.

Frequently asked about Odoo Partner Nederland

What does an Odoo Gold Partner actually do?

An Odoo Gold Partner is certified by Odoo S.A. to implement, configure, integrate and develop Odoo for customers. The difference with an uncertified implementer: direct access to Odoo engineering, early beta releases, and a partner roadmap that tracks the product. In the Netherlands the Gold tier currently has 6 partners; we are #6 in ranking - and deliberately the smallest.

Why pick a compact partner rather than a large one?

At the large partners a senior sits in the sales conversation and a junior delivers the work. With us Tim Kieft (founder, 25 years) sits in every architecture choice. Fast decisions, no management layers, senior-only delivery. The tipping point is around 150+ users or multi-country complexity - then a larger partner with a deeper bench can fit better. Below that, compact wins.

What is the TARGET method?

TARGET is our implementation method: Timely scope choice, Architecture (standard where possible, custom where required), Realise in 2-week sprints, Go live in phases per process, End-user training on their own work, Tracking with dashboards and support. The difference with traditional waterfall: you see something working every 2 weeks, not only after 6 months. The difference with pure Agile: fixed prices per phase, not open-ended hourly.

What does an Odoo implementation cost in the Netherlands?

For SMB between €15,000 and €80,000 plus Odoo Enterprise licences (€45/user/month). The range depends on scope (modules), custom dev (standard vs heavy), integrations (per connector), data migration (volume and quality) and training. We work with fixed prices per phase. For an honest estimate on your situation the pricing page is the starting point; a real quote follows a 30-minute Quickscan.

How long does an Odoo implementation take?

A light project (1-2 modules, limited custom dev) runs 4-8 weeks. A full implementation (6+ modules, integrations, data migration, training) lands between 3 and 6 months. Our 2-week sprints mean you see something working after the first sprint, not only after 6 months. The TARGET method is designed to surface delay - the #1 cause of ERP failures - early so you can steer.

Which Odoo modules do you implement?

Sales, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchase, Accounting, eCommerce, Website, POS, Project, HR, Helpdesk, Marketing, Subscriptions, Field Service and all other standard Odoo Enterprise modules. Plus integrations with Twinfield, Exact Online, vPlan, and custom modules via our Updoo building blocks for configurators, lead capture and customer portals. Industry-specific adjustments for manufacturing, food, eCommerce, culture and retail.

What if you become too expensive mid-flight?

Fixed prices per phase prevent that. At the end of every 2-week sprint you see where the budget went and what landed. The codebase stays open Python: switching to another Odoo partner remains on the table without vendor lock-in. That keeps us honest on calibration - we earn our seat every sprint, not just in the proposal.

What if I want to switch to another Odoo partner later?

Always possible. Odoo is open source and the Dutch partner ecosystem has 30+ Odoo partners. Your custom code, configuration, data and documentation stay 100% yours - no proprietary wrappers, no licences only we can maintain. 94% of our customers stay, but if you choose to move, we hand over cleanly.

Do you work with Odoo Online or self-host?

Both. Odoo Online (SaaS at Odoo S.A.) is the simplest choice for light-to-medium workloads. Odoo.sh is the standard for projects with custom dev and CI/CD rigour. Self-host (own server or cloud) suits specific security, integration or latency requirements. We advise during the Quickscan based on your scope, user count and compliance needs.

How do I get in touch and what happens after the Quickscan?

A Quickscan is 30 minutes where we walk through your processes, scope and wishes. You get an honest indication of feasibility, scope, timeline and cost on the spot - no sales pitch, just a conversation. After the Quickscan you receive a quote per phase. Approved = start within 2 weeks. No tender process, a decision you can make on substance.

Stop waiting, start progressing.

Plan a kickoff conversation. We'll show you what's possible in your context, and how fast.
